Guest Services Representative
Status: Seasonal/Part-Time February - March

Guest Services Representatives provide each guest with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment. We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to promote a safe, family orientated environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but not limited to, the following.
- Greet guests, including assisting guests with disabilities.
- Acquire and maintain superior knowledge of facility services, policies and physical layout in order to convey
accurate guest information and directions to patrons.
- Report unsafe circumstances, potential hazards and guest incidents.
- Scan tickets at various entrances.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints.
- Provide miscellaneous game day operational support as directed.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Positive, sociable individual able to work well with large groups of people.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

guest seated in them and remain on feet for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat/sun.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus

Ticket Seller/Ticket Supervisor/Assistant Ticket Office Manager
Status: Seasonal/Part-Time January - March 2013
Deadline: Jan. 15, 2013
The Ticket Department processes advanced and day of game tickets sales as well as distributes will-call tickets to patrons. We are looking for energetic individuals with positive attitudes and superior customer service skills to provide information regarding pricing, availability and seat locations in addition to ticket sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following.
- Sell, process payments and/or distribute game tickets following proper procedures.
- Maintain superior knowledge of facility services, layout and policies.
- Handle ticket related customer service inquiries.
- Escort guests to various locations throughout facility as needed.
- Perform general office duties as required.
Qualities/Requirements/Physical Demands: Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Good figure aptitude.
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to sit or stand for a minimum of five hours.

Groundskeeper
Reports to: Grounds Assistant Supervisor
Status: Full-Time
Groundskeepers are responsible for operating and maintaining designated playing fields, bullpens, pitching mounds, batting cages/tunnels and common areas at the facility and ensuring a safe and competitive playing surface that exceeds MLB standards for professional baseball.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare, maintain and restore grounds within assigned field complex as directed, including any and all activities or tasks fundamental to baseball field care.
- Work with other grounds staff as directed.
- Support Supervisor's staff and resource schedule/allocation program.
- Report field issues such as turf stress, disease, irrigation problems, etc.
- Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles and sod cutters.
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes and hedge and brush trimmers.
- Ensure use of proper equipment and adhere to safety standards and precautions.
- Maintain, clean and repair tools, equipment and structures.
- Prepare daily task sheets and include all requested information.
- Monitor and report irrigation issues, problems and/or concerns on assigned field complex.
- Gather and remove litter.
- Provide support in other stadium activities and special events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications: The physical demands listed below are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential job functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Two years' minimum field maintenance experience at a baseball/athletic facility.
- Skilled in all technical areas of field maintenance, including equipment use, fertilization, mowing skills, mound and plate maintenance and infield skin maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience growing warm and cool season grasses.
- Valid Arizona Driver License or demonstration of the ability to immediately obtain one.
- Ability to develop effective and collaborative working relationships.
- Willingness to cross-train and assist with other aspects/field designations of grounds maintenance program.
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Good health with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and push and pull heavy objects. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time and work in extreme heat and harsh conditions.
- Strong communication skills; the ability to verbally communicate at a level that ensures productivity and quality of work.

Landscaper
Reports to: Landscape Supervisor
Status: Part-Time
Landscapers will be responsible for maintaining landscape for all common areas, landscapes and surrounding right of ways for the entire facility to the highest standard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Follow planned landscape, irrigation and chemical spraying programs.
- Care for established lawns by cutting, aerating, verticutting, top-dressing and weeding; trim and edge around trees, walks and walls.
- Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges.
- Report landscape issues such as pests, weeds, disease, irrigation problems, etc.
- Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides onto grass, shrubs and trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders and properly documents application/usage.
- Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain-saws, electric clippers and sod cutters.
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge and brush trimmers and axes.
- Ensure use of proper equipment and adhere to safety standards and precautions. Maintain, clean and repair tools, equipment and structures.
- Prepare daily task sheets and include all requested information.
- Operate and maintain landscape irrigation systems.
- Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters and other grounds features.
- Gather and remove litter.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
